We have also changed our business model. From now on our software is license under General Public License and so they are now Free Software. Free as in free speech, not as in free beer.

This old site is no longer updated but site is going to remain here. Products listed here also remain here and they can even be purchased but they will no longer be updated or supported.

About Us

We are a Finnish software company with a global presence. Our customers include private persons and organizations all around the world. The main market areas are Finland and United States, other important market areas include Central Europe and India.

We develop practical and useful software for our customers and ourselves. All products are used in daily activities by us and our customers.

The company name is a combination between 'software' and 'bar'. The word 'Softa' is sometimes used to to mean 'software' in spoken language here in Finland.
'Bar' in Softabar just sounds nice :-)

We hope that you will find our software useful.
