SCLEC-NXT license includes 1-month (30 days) of email support and additional support can be purchased separately or together with SCLEC-NXT. Support is email support and it may include fixes to customer specific issues and customer specific improvements. Customer specific improvements will typically be part of the next version of SCLEC-NXT. Updates to SCLEC-NXT version are free for the same major version, for example: if customer purchases version 2.0.0 he/she is entitled to all versions 2.x.x. Major version changes may require purchasing new or upgrade license. Contact support
