Our goal is to develop bug-free software that implements it's intended purpose as well as possible. Unfortunately, even thorough testing does not always reveal all software bugs. If you find a bug in our software, please let us know and we will promptly deal with it and ask your patience while we remove it from the software. Email support is available for all licensed software (excluding open source) unless noted differently on product page . If you have support requests, please contact support and include your order number or license key (if it was provided) or other details, such as confirmation email, of your purchase. If you have not purchased our software but found a bug from one of our demo versions, we would appreciate if you report it by contacting us.
